My Mom sent this through today via a chain of forwards. Whoever took the photo did a great job.
This barn has been there since the 1800's. As a teenagers, working for my Dad, my brother and I removed the shingles in the more standard barn behind the trees prior to re-roofing. Hot, dusty work that summer.
This is my positive attitude was my catch phrase during research for my masters degree. For months, every day, seven days a week, there was something new that went wrong / broke. I then had to solve the problem and move on. Perseverance and resiliance were lessons learned, painfully.

I've been wanting to make one of these for some time. This week, I finally did. All the bits were already here. Very small terarrium out of a light bulb, cork, hot glue, soil, rocks and moss. There are plenty of instructions for this type of thing floating around on the internent.
This one is mine. :)
